What type of items do you offer?

We source menswear, accessories, books, magazines and other important collectables which are timeless, elegant or just beautiful.

We strive to find brands with heritage or niche dedicated menswear producers who create high quality products. We will do exceptions if we think an item has details or other features which makes it interesting to our customers.

 

How do you determine the condition of products?

Our pre-owned items have signs of light usage, however, we are very selective and strive to only offer items which are in impeccable conditions, feels and looks like new.

We do not offer garments which has stains, holes or other defects. However, we will do exceptions if we think an item is rare, important or has other details or features which makes it interesting to our customers. In these cases, it will be clearly described.

 

Do you restock?

Since we offer new and pre-owned items which are handpicked, we are only able to offer that particular item.

 

Do I need an account to make an order?

No account is needed to proceed a payment. You can check out as a guest or chose to create an account. If you chose to create an account with us, you can easily go back and find previous orders with size and product information.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Klarna (including: Pay Later, Pay Now and Slice It).

 

Why are prices shown in Euros?

Our site is Geo-sensitive, meaning it will adapt currency automatically if you are browsing outside Sweden.

 

Shipping information

Shipping Policy

We ship globally on flat rates. Free domestic shipping in Sweden.

Free European shipping for orders over 160 Euro, orders below that amount incurs a 7 Euro shipping fee (rate might vary).

Free Shipping to rest of the world over 265 Euro, (about $390). orders below that amount incurs a 27 Euro shipping fee, (about $41).

International orders may be subjected to import duties, local taxes or other local requirements. Returns are paid buy customers for shipping items back to us, traceable.

Can I choose an address different from my billing address?

Yes, you can, you will be given that option after proceeding Information during check out.

 

When is my order shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, on weekdays only.

You will be given a tracking number in a separate email from us as soon as your package is picked-up by carrier.

 

When do I receive my order?

Domestic orders: 2-3 business days. Orders within Europe: 3-5 business days. This delivery time frame is an estimate, please also note that we are not responsible for any delays due to custom holds.

 

Is my order insured?

All orders are insured during transit until it is received. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

 

Can I add more items to an existing order?

We strive to dispatch all orders within one business day. If you have not yet received your tracking number by email please contact us at sell@vangelis.se and we will try to help you out before your order is despatched.

What do I do if I want to sell with you?

  1. Send us an email with a picture and a short description:
    • brand
    • size
    • condition, and other fun and interesting details you know about
    • Your address, including mobile number and email

  1. As soon as we confirm your items, we send you a bag with a printed waybill free of charge with DHL. Drop it of at your nearest service point.

How do you set your prices?

Our prices are determined from quality, exclusivity and desirability. We want to apply a fair price which is easy to understand and equals these combined qualities.  

 

Condition

Since we only offer clothes which are free from holes and stains, we will dry-clean or repair if needed, this cost will be deducted from your payout. If we are not able to mend a garment to standard, we will sell it on eBay for a price we think is fair. Please see: What happens if an item doesn’t sell?

 

What is the commission?

We determine the price and split the net sell in the following way: 40% to client, 25% for taxes, and what is left is our return. There are no additional costs or fees when sold at Vangelis. Please also see What happens if an item doesn’t sell?

 

 

Payout

Payouts will be done to your bank account or PayPal within 10 business days after all of your item are sold.

 

How do you promote products?

Each product will be online for sale within 4 days off arrival.

We give each item a detailed description and take measurements upon arrival. We photograph each item individually and in an outfit for best exposure. We promote through social media, such as our Instagram and Facebook account, and via niche blogs and other channels. ­

 

What happens if an item doesn’t sell?

Each item is listed for limited period, some items need more time, such as rare and unique items or collectables. After a certain amount of time we list it on our eBay store with a 5-day auction. When the item is sold on eBay, there will be an additional fixed eBay selling fee of 4 euro per item deducted from your split.

 

Returns

Return policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy from delivery date. The item must not be used, only tried on, and be in the same condition as received, and in the same original package. No return or exchange on goods with opened seal (underwear and socks) or sale items. However, you can change a sale item to store credit within the 14-day return policy.

Additional non-returnable items are: magazines, newspapers, books, DVD, CD, scents and perfumes, gift cards, personalized items, deposits and pre-order fees.

After your return?

When your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
